Poor management

The New Years activities got my hopes up for about 5 seconds then I realised it was actually activities for the lost tower (I assume). Can't be that hard to send the right message to the correct game they have done this in the past as well. Pretty sure they hire chimps to run haypi to keep costs low.

Support are lucky to have the job getting paid to do nothing who wouldn't want that.

If they get paid well then its an easy job but if they dont get paid well cause haypi is greedy like always then the only ppl who r lucky are Haypi devs/bosses.

Players on my server buy their first coins become a VIP-1, stuck in pvp room for 5 days waiting for tech support, and throw the game. Already there is no guarantee that will happen if something more serious then they will help. Old players no longer wait for the update, but still waiting for the event \ holidays (Chinese holidays have always been more generous). But then comes the Chinese New Year and you realize that nothing had hoped .... The glory days Hаypi Monster passed and it is time to look for something new ....
