Why do people prefer Purr Barrier over Feli Barrier

I don't know anyone that prefers a Purrfection over Felicity .
The only argument I can give is that Purrfection has approximately 8 more MATK. On the other side, it has 65 Speed and 27 MDEF less .

S Felicity > S Purrfection

Ah, so the only reason is that most people are unable to obtain an S grade Felicity
