Phfft you act all high and mighty mate. Delete my posts if you want but my advice don't create a guide if you can't handle negative feedback and get defensive when I make a comment.

FIRE TYPE

LAVA

STATS
HP: Tier 7
ATK: Tier 5
MATK: Tier 5
SPD: Tier 5
DEF: Tier 5
MDEF: Tier 5

Overview
As with all of the dragons here you fid slightly above average stats in every sense, which means he is a pretty average monster and the worst legendary of his type. His ATK is on par with Draco and Ignightmare meaning he can't hit harder than an epic monster, he isn't as fast however he can take hits much much better than both of those epics, and he can deal decent MATK aswell making Fire Bomb or Mind Bending solid choices.

SPHIERX

STATS
HP: Tier 4
ATK: Tier 3
MATK: Tier 3
SPD: Tier 1
DEF: Tier 4
MDEF: Tier 9

Overview
Sphierx has pretty solid stats defensively, he hits harder than a Fire type epic but nowhere in the realm of other legendary monsters his best qualities are in defense. With good hp and def, plus talents that play well to a defensive style he performs well as a counter-offense.

CERBERUS

STATS
HP: Tier 6
ATK: Tier 1
MATK: Tier 4
SPD: Tier 1
DEF: Tier 6
MDEF: Tier 8

Overview
Cerberus is most definetly the strongest Fire type monster in the game. He is the fastest and deadliest by a large margin. His defenses arent as top notch but he can take more hits than an Epic fire type. This means you should always attempt to use Cerberus offensively typically dealing ATK damage, even tho he has an above average MATK stat aswell

A second of any move i'd recommend against.

The grading means how good the stat is on that monster. C grade being average

an S grade means it's excellent top class, S+ means it's even better than S

From my experience, the highest grade you can possibly obtain is S

Like all other common monsters you are better off using them as synthesis material as all the stats are mediocre. Like most fire types his best qualities are his ATK and SPD stats, and thus should be used offensively to deal as much damage as possible

IGNEOUS

STATS
HP: Tier 6
ATK: Tier 5
MATK: Tier 11
SPD: Tier 7
DEF: Tier 10
MDEF: Tier 9

Overview
As with all uncommon monsters, this one is better off as synthesis material for more powerful monsters. He is surprisingly quite resilient with superb HP rivaling even legendary monsters, the lack of defense however puts him at a disadvantage and is his downfall making his high HP worthless. He has above average ATK meaning he can put out quite a bit of damage even against epic monsters.

GRASS TYPE

BRANCHY

STATS
HP: Tier 8
ATK: Tier 6
MATK: Tier 8
SPD: Tier 7
DEF: Tier 6
MDEF: Tier 7

Overview
Branchy really sucks because it's best stat are ATK and DEF, but it has no access to advanced moves! This is a major downfall as you'll have to rely on Vine Whip to make the most of your high ATK or use MATK moves with a mediocre stat. Branchy learns Photosynthesis which is surprising and gives it a more defensive quality to it, giving branchy potential as a support monster.

NORMAL TYPE

CHAMP

STATS
HP: Tier 2
ATK: Tier 5
MATK: Tier 10
SPD: Tier 13
DEF: Tier 5
MDEF: Tier 9

Overview
Champ as his name implies is indeed a champ, it's a RaRE monster with EPIC monster stats. His defense is better than most epic monsters infact he is just as tough as Hydra! A LEGENDARY monster! You'd think that'd be all there could be to this guy, but surprisingly, he also has high ATK as much as Splashy/Cygness. His MATK is poor but pointless, his SPD is terrible but who cares if he goes last when he can take hits so damn well? His MDEF is low but on the same level as most epics. The only real downside to Champ is that he doesn't have access to Advanced Moves otherwise he would be quite a powerhouse and in more use than Flight. So the trick is finding a good set of normal moves, his talents are quite good aswell. He is possibly the best rare monster in game.

SPLASHY

STATS
HP: Tier 7
ATK: Tier 5
MATK: Tier 5
SPD: Tier 5

MDEF: Tier 5

Overview
Splashy is one of the best dragons in the game, he compares well to other water monsters outclasses he is as fast as Whalorn, just as strong as Cygness and nearly as tough as Pewgway. He even measures up well against other legendaries, defensively he is not too far from Leviathan but packs a stronger punch. Hydra completely outclasses it however.

Overview
Leviathan is what Whalorn wishes he could be. A defensive powerhouse, with superb HP and great defenses Leviathan trumps even pewgway in staying power, being able to take far more damage and making it hands down the toughest water monster. However this comes at the cost of it's attack being no better than Whalorn, which is very poor. Cygness, Splashy and Hydra deal far more damage than Leviathan can. So play it to it's defensive strengths and you wont be dissapointed

Overview
Hydra is a powerhouse simply put Hydra puts out much more damage than any other water monster, while maintaining above average defenses to take a couple hits. However for an OEL Hydra just seems to be lacking, his stats are comparable to epic monsters, nothing outside of his HP stands out as top class. If anything Hydra is simply a very well rounded monster, jack of all trades master of none TYPE and for this reason he's not that great as you'll typically want to specialize a bit. Hydra's talents however are it's selling point, having very good ones and giving it great versatility thanks to it's well roundedness.

PLANT TYPE

LESHY

STATS
HP: Tier 7
ATK: Tier 5
MATK: Tier 5
SPD: Tier 5
DEF: Tier 5
MDEF: Tier 5

Overview
Leshy performs very poorly as a plant TYPE monster, any plant epic has more power an is generally better than Leshy. What Leshy does have going for it, is decent defenses and speed, but it's mostly just the better defense at the expense of strength. Overall Leshy is one of the weakest legendaries you can get. You'd be better off using an Epic monster

Overview
Plantosaurus has some great things going for it. Top class HP and great defense means that it can typically last quite a while before going down, and it's great speed and atk guarantee that it'll pack a mighty punch aswell. Compared to other Scroll Legendaries planto is at the top being much more than just a defensive powerhouse he is the most well rounded. This makes it the best plant monster in the game as it can not only take deal the damage but also withstand it unlike Behemoth.

Overview
Behemoth is a toss up, glass cannon TYPE monster. He has the most power out of all plant TYPEs, with the most speed to support that power. Great health and great MDEF. But his DEF stat is so bad that he can be OHKO by just about any good Epic monster so you want to always try to kill them before they kill you! If you can manage to do so, then Behemoth has both the speed and power to kill just about anything it faces. He also does very well against top tier monsters like Pegasus and Bahamut thanks to his great magic defense + health. Use Behemoth like a surgical knife and you'll have a great time.

ELECTRIC TYPE

BOLT

STATS
HP: Tier 7
ATK: Tier 5
MATK: Tier 5
SPD: Tier 5
DEF: Tier 5
MDEF: Tier 5

Overview
Bolt is a pretty decent dragon legendary he holds up well against his epic counter parts, though he doesn't pack the kind of punch that Neon or Rhor deliver, his defense is a worthwhile trade off given that most Electric types are glass cannons Bolt can actually take a punch. Speed wise he is comparable to Neon and his ATK is only slightly below Rhors, with better HP and better defenses Bolt is pretty decent. His talents however aren't so great but arent bad either, paired with a good water monster Bolt should do well

Overview
Gryphion is basically a copy of Behemoth for electric types. With very similar stats, super fast with amazing atk power, at the cost of defense but very good magical defenses. He is a glass cannon for the most part and will easily go down against any good attacker so pair him with a good defensive taunt monster and let him loose! It's kill or be killed when using Gryphion

STATS

SPD: Tier 1

Overview
Chimera very much like Gryphion is a glass cannon, but a slightly better one if not just different. The highlights are that it has outstanding "doesnt get better than this" atk and speed far surpassing all other electric monsters, the downside is that his defense and health are just average so any strong attack will most likely end him. Also unlike Gryphion who actually performs well against psychic, ghost and ice type monsters, Chimera does poorly since his magical defense is his worst stat. So very much like any other electric monster you want this guy protected, if you can accomplish that, then you'll be putting out unparalled power and OHKO almost everything coming your way before it gets a chance to know what hit them.

PSYCHIC TYPE

ANGELO

STATS
HP: Tier 7
ATK: Tier 5
MATK: Tier 5
SPD: Tier 5
DEF: Tier 5
MDEF: Tier 5

Overview
Angelo is one of the best Dragon legendaries because he learns better moves than the rest. His stats are identical to the rest of them which is usually not a good thing, makes him very well rounded but also means that he gets outclassed easily by Epic monsters. Both Pampurred and Felicity are better choices than Angelo and bring a lot more bang for the buck than he can. He just isn't as good, lacking the better talents for a psychic monster, and also lacking the high MATK that all high end psychic monsters bring to the table. Even so with some solid support Angelo can shine, paired with a Pegasus he can deal a great deal of damage, and he is also one of the only dragons that can be S graded without spending a dime as you can simply capture a breeding pair.

Overview
Arguably the best monster in the game, Pegasus is truly legendary. He packs ridiculous damage potential with his weather and even without it, packing top tier magical attack and speed combined with top tier magical defense. His defense in general is pretty average so he can be killed with strong ATKs, however it is his weather Magic Storm that truly makes all the difference as it turns ATKs into MATKs which pegasus holds up extremely well against. Another huge benefit to his credit is that Pegasus's Magic Storm will make other psychic monsters much more powerful aswell, giving him strong support options
