rank 100 above

so i was just wondering if its possible to get into rank 100 above without oels. if so how is it possible?

you mean even without free legendaries?

inightmare int
purr barrier
scythe res
neon adapt
Cygness adapt


you need +5 skills and wether full def or atk but of course full stat bet is best

Perhaps we have a weak server, but I have rank 60 with four epic and without any skills upgrade or stat bet)
