finally beat BL exp 15
After 2 months of playing, I finally beat BL EXP 15 and got setanic scroll.

For others, here's what I used.
Leviathan (Fort 2). Lvl 60 Stat bet to MATK/ATK/HP
Water Bomb +3
Water Torrent +1
Power Of Darkness - a must to have
Soak - a must to have
Clawpard (Inverse) Level 52
Aurora Borealis +0
Aurora Borealis +0
Absolute Zero - never ever succeeded hitting anything
Brawny Level 50 (mediocre stat bet)
All normal skills
Pegasus (Magic Force II) Lvl 60
Psychic Thrust +2
Mind-Bending +3
Magic Storm
Soak - a must to have
Neon (Adaptability) Lvl 60
Lightning
Thunderstorm +1
Electrocute +0
Slash
Angelo (E grade, Intimidate)
Psychic Thrust
Lvl 52
BL 13 : Levi, Pegasus, Clawpard, Brawny
Used about 4 Res Card
Primarily used Pegasus / Leviathan with Soaks
Clawpard was very helpful dealing with occasional plant-type.
Brawny for dealing that last bit of dmg in sandstorm
BL 14 : Levi, Pegasus, Clawpard, Neon
Used maybe 3 Res Cards.
Leviathan and Pegasus would be the main. Pegasus would be the one getting attacked while Levi deals dmg. Pegasus just spams soak three times while doing some mind-bending. Leviathan with POD would attack.
My neon did considerable dmg to anyone with thunderstorm. When met with hydra, if neon can get the thunderstorm in, he would do at the least 50% dmg.
BL 15 : Levi, Pegasus, Brawny, Angelo
Thought I was actually going to use intimidate angelo, but never really happened. Not at all useful but he still did a very little dmg when necessary.
Levi is the most helpful, and pegasus would do about 70% of the job that Levi could do. Brawny is just there to do extra damage.
Used about 4-6 Res cards in BL 15.
Now I have a setanic scroll and have to level 4 monsters to LV 40.
Clawpard is very very useful on BL 14. Not as useful as Leviathan, but still he does what he's supposed to do.
For BL 13 and 15, plant type monster seems to be the way to go. Leviathan takes way too much damage from Sandstorm. Monsters (even mino) does almost no damage to Leviathan, yet sandstorm usually takes 3 times the damage that monsters would do.
Absolute Zero is useless.
Soak is the most useful skill. POD is the next. If you have 2 POD legendaries, BL exp shouldn't be that hard at all. Too bad pegasus couldn't learn POD.

On the other hand, I spent 100 dollars on Fenrir and didn't get him. Beginning to think that this ridiculous price / rate for OEL is what killed haypi monster in the first place.
Such a great game with the worst support I can possibly imagine. So much potential to make this game much bigger than it is, yet they just throw it away with poor management + ridiculous business model.
This would actually be more popular if they would guarantee at the least 2 legendaries for about 100 USD spent. More people with legendaries mean more people who won't quit because of what they have.
