Does anyone know the requirements for Arctica yet?

Still, this might be the easiest way to get Sphierex.

There will be nothing easy about attaining ANY of these scrolls, much less receiving Arctica!! but I'm sure we are all up for a challenge!

Weird to leave out Hippo but to put Gryph, still i already have hippo so I like that

Seems like the Scrolls are nearly impossible to get.

I thought artica was available to catch in oa expert - or am I mistaken?
