I am sort of reluctant to teach it PoD because the description might be misleading even though it doesn't say it wont work with PoD.

It looks like it is faster and hits harder than flight.

Throw a Sword Dance+1 on that, manage to cast it twice or trice and it'll 1hit everything!

Thats what I had in mind, Iaijutsu should do great damage and is more consistent than Frenzy.

Anyone know the drop rate for Bragga scrolls in DD Veteran Mode?

I have done 25 DD Veteran Modes but only saw the scroll once (and did not respin unfortunately because I thought it would appear again).

I have in mind a magic build for the overpopulation of pegasus and bahamuts; double double; meditation, cunning, mind bending and fire bomb.

Cunning is definitely a good skill combined with Double Double.
I don't know about Meditation though, can it be upgraded to +1?
