Ban or Do Something

There is this guy in my server that keeps asking for peoples accounts!!! He got quite a few already but keeps asking for more... It's getting annoying because if you mute him he goes on his other accounts... Please do the appropriate His original name has Tiki in it then whatever monster he has on that account. Ex: TikiWhalorn, etc.
