The only possible way to get a second Skelly is to buy it in the Encyclopedia for 1500 Gold Coins.
There is no egg that can give you Skelly, so don't bother trying that.

i heard a rumour that we can obtain purity and its evolution, skelly and its evolution...so does faerivy, wharlorn and needles...is it true?

Purple Eggs can not give you Purity, Sincerity, Felicity, Skelly, Vertebrex, Vertedeath, Boarbarian, Stinger, Neo, Sneopard, Clawpard, Pattapilla, Pattafly, Whalorn, Faerivy, Bragga, Needles or any of the Scroll Rares obtained via Collection rewards.

They are the most expensive because it's a guaranteed chance to get an Epic. All other eggs have a large chance to give Commons, Uncommons and Rares.

Nope, Plain Eggs can give any Common, Uncommon, Rare or Epic monster except the ones I named earlier:

Purity, Sincerity, Felicity, Skelly, Vertebrex, Vertedeath, Boarbarian, Stinger, Neo, Sneopard, Clawpard, Pattapilla, Pattafly, Whalorn, Faerivy, Bragga, Needles or any of the Scroll Rares obtained via Collection rewards.
