Off Element Attacks

Hey all,

I just encountered a Neon with Aurora Borealis in the ladder on the new server. I wasn't aware that electric types could learn ice moves, does that apply to all ice moves or just Aurora Borealis?

Along the same lines, are there any other monsters or types that learn elemental moves outside their own element? Besides ghosts and psychics learning most elemental moves (other than each other's).

Only Lightning monsters can learn any non-Ice monster only Ice attack.

Yeap. Neon has had some glitchies, you used to be able to breed Neon and Rhor (Thats some nasty junk)
But yea Neon can Learn Ice moves such as Aurora or Absolute Zero, but hes the only one

And it sure as heck beats Iajutsu as an off element move!
