Levi build help

I am seeing 3 main builds --- Which would you do for your levi? Or another suggestion?

Depends on what you'll use it for.
For maps, I'd rather have Water Therapy-II over Fortitude-II, as you'll be adapting your team to the maps and you're able to switch monsters manually.
For Ladder, Fortitude-II is a great Talent, but keep in mind that skills such as Soak will never be used in Ladder, so I'd use something alike the trends of Water Bombs 2x - Power of Darkness - Rain Prayer.
For Maps, I highly recommend Power of Darkness, Rain Prayer, Soak and Water Bombs.

Note that I prefer Water Bombs over Water Torrent as it has a higher damage output than Water Torrent.
