Sandstorm, MB, Boulder, and Pod. is a good set up

Depends if its for Ladder or maps.
For Maps, that build is definitely a good build.
However, if you're planning to use it solely for Ladder, I'd replace Massive Boulder with Iaijutsu, to make sure the AI won't make any dumb mistakes.

How will he handle TF and OA expert?

Hey Gaanggreen, my setanic does a good job on tf, because of the firemonster and he just has torn-2. With fort-2 and leijutsu, he is able to kill plant monster and maybe planto on tf-exp-10. I cant pass this impossible level...

Fort-2
Mb/Boulder/Leijutsu, Sandstorn, PoD

i realy like Boulder and Leijutsu, because you dont lose DEF and with leijutsi you can fight against water and plant.

i have Mb and earthquake for myself but i realy dont like it
