Haypi Account tied to Phone or AppleID?

Hi,
Recently I created a new account (never change my Username), is there any way for me to delete it (the account)?

Is Haypi account tied to my phone or tied to my AppleID? (P/s: I never log in to Game Centre)

I tried deleting the Haypi and reinstalling it, it seems that Haypi still able to pick up my old account.

Does that mean, even if I Erased all content from my Phone and redownload Haypi, the account will still stick?

The question is, I want to completely delete the Haypi account from my mobile.
Is there anyway to do this?

You could try email to monstersupport@haypi.com and explain everything and see if they can or will do anything for you. Other than that I don't know. I have heard of someone "reformatting" their device and some how it worked. But I think it works off your serial number from device.
