the new oel rotation started with the double xp, which means its the random oel christmas event, i dont know if chinese days are ahead of ours and 23th is actuallt 24 their place but its defenetly the event

It's not a bug all OEL are available from the orange eggs count yourself lucky you got one. I suppose they put Pegasus as the poster boy as he's the best OEL.
