Does PoD stack?

I know PoD doesn't stack with PoD.
Wanna know if you have already used PoD on say Bahamut, and it has the talent Night Killer (magical), will the MATK of Bahamut still be increased?
And is the increasing of MATK/ATK unlimited?

Then care to explain me why I fought an Adrenaline Rhor in two matches, one where he had 2x Adrenaline + PoD, and one where he had PoD only, and he 1-hit my Minotaur during the first match, but barely scratches it the 2nd match ?
