On my Server there are some 38 lvl and 1-2x 39 lvl.
There wont be a benefit i think. Would be surprisin if there will be.

5000ne on server 12 has been level 40 for a while. I don't communicate with him though so I am not sure as to what benefits come with it, if there are any.

600k exp more then I'm lvl39
