Baha Skill build

Hi

if baha would have weather talent how would you build up ?
POD
Weather
Dream thief or Punishment?
Cunning

Suggestions pls

Pod punishment dream theif and Cunning
or pod soak dream theif and punishment

Baha will cast last weather but if a monster cast again Rain ect Baha will have big disadvantage after the monster survived Cunning from Baha.
Cause of that i prefer to have weather skill too ( u cant buy it in shop )
Or how you think about this? Weather talent of baha is not like heat wave
but would be cool if so.

Dream thief works only on weather
So weather skill and dream thief is a must have for baha.
Cunning you learn at 50 is only good with weather too.
So there is only POD it Punishment left.

No one ideas? Different talents with their skill build?

I think the weather should be the talent so that saves a slot for a skill , then pod and soak for sure because they are the main part of any build , then come the main elemental attack wich is cunning and then i would say ambush...
That is what i would personally do :3
