Well okz, so my friend made a pal acc under my pal, and I have dis Neon, ryte? And, like lately, server 1 has some buttholelicious lag lately, and now meh palz wont shw up and so he cannot have meh neonn

PALs can take some time before they show up, I've had the same problem multiple times before.
Give it a day max, if that doesn't work, let him turn off his phone & forcekill Haypi Monsters, that should fix it !

Im not sure if you guys completely understand but Ill try this just to clear : My friend has had many acc lost, he wanted new one ons erver 1 but cannot make anymore, so I made one with my pal code, he uses it now. It has shown up before but lately lag has been at large and It may be the cause.

So the problem isn't the fact that you can't see him, but that he dissapeared?
As far as I'm concerned, that shouldn't cause trouble to anything.

No. Liek, I have like 20 alts from before pal days, and they all usually show up, and My friend talks to me daily (BlazeDromon Koe) but he wont show up on my pal list, so I can ot gift him. Neither do any of my pals, and they were all their a few days ago. They arent missing acc's, its that they arent on my list so I cant gift
