I'm not a big fan of it.
I rather attack than defense

I've had a few opponents that used it on me, and it wasn't too much of a problem to deal with to be honest.
I believe it takes 2 PP off the skill, I'm not completely sure though.

Is 1pp only even with swindle +1. If it was deduct 2pp u will be a dead meat in 2 turn

I've seen a few posts mention it takes 1 pp, but then people talk about swindle+1 so I'm not sure of that upgrades it to 2 pp.
Either way you have to consider how much work pressure is going to do, if you swindle and it does 1 or 2 pp they can still use any move on you, a super move is 3pp so against pressure they can only use it once anyway, it could be slightly useful for 5pp skills but you would need soak/photo to recover from the damage. Additionally swindle has 100% hit so if there's no effects currently active it can't fail.
In conclusion you might be better off with something like punishment or cunning to one/two shot the enemy after surviving there super move.
If it is 2pp per turn with swindle+1 then that's insane and it would be the better choice.

I believe its 1 pp per use. Upgrading the skill gives you the ability to target both monsters in a dual duel but the pp reduction is still 1

A Swindle +1, Soak, Waterjets(or any 10 pp attack) Fort-II Leviathan might be pretty good with room for pod or full stomach or something.
I find with my Leviathan I've lost matches because Water Torrent+Water Bombs couldn't dish out enough damage for a win. I was tanking the hits no prob but ran out of attack PP and eventually lost while casting Rain Prayer over and over hoping they would run out of PP before me (before I eventually got killed like 6 rounds later).
