The active Forum users will know what I'm talking about. Orange Eggs are a scam.
You will not receive the Legendaries that are promoted.
I've got both Pegasus and Bahamut from the Eggs, but they did not appear. When I asked support about it, they said there's nothing they can do about it.

In other words, you'll NOT receive your Legendaries, and you will NOT get a refund.

I didn't get it at all, that's the thing.
I got them in the ''Monsters from Eggs'' screen, but they didn't appear in my list.

support team just dont care our problem.....

It's sad that this happened to you. I wholeheartedly believe you, Haypi is a scam and its actually not surprising in the least that they'd do something like this.

Good thing I can simply re-write it, and it'll give us the active Admins we deserve !

The problem is haypi don't keep records of coin/ silver outgoings so they have no proof that your telling the truth. Don't get me wrong I believe you but from there perspective it could be someone lying. Shame you didn't screenshot them I've not heard of this happening to anyone else and there's loads in my group who have the new OEL seems like a one off to me. Support can be very helpful (they restored my account) but they do sometimes lack on these kind of issues. They should really be more customer friendly to be honest but I don't think there's anything you can do about your missing legends.

The support team seriously need a lesson in customer care. Even if they didn't believe you, for the amount you spend it is worth keeping you happy and just trusting you. They end up suffering as less ppl will be inclined to spend after hearing this story

I can understand that they can't simply give me the OELs, especially since someone from the Support group probably isn't even allowed to, but it's not only the Support.
I've sent a ticket to the CEO of Haypi. Co. over a week ago and I'm still waiting for a respond.
