Waterspout Vs. Bosses

So, I have an S Adaptability Cygness with Waterspout..
If I were to put a revive potion on Cygness, and attack my roco boss, How much DMG would Waterspout do if it revived and used Waterspout?
Or would it even work??
I have water jets on it too, but I could replace it if waterspout did 3k dmg

Waterspout is too temperamental IMO. To me it's not worth the skill slot. On raid bosses I dont think it would use that skill anyway, Bein you have an element advantage over roco. For team bosses you would be better off with rain prayer, bombs, torrent and jets, or similar.

Yes ik, I'm going to change it, but Waterspout was the only thing I have gotten from a water chest in quite a while so its just a fill in for Torrent..
Edit: And if waterspout is its only atk move, will it use it or just use prayer or soak?

Ya, looking back on that decision I would rather of had the 80 EoW,

Spout is great vs hard to hit bosses in EX BL as spout always hits

It'd fit perfectly with resurrect Pewgway though

Is waterspout limited by your own health pool or does it take the number your hit for, for example thorn is always limited by the health pool, if you hit a target for 300 but it has 1 hp your only going to receive 1 damage.

And Idd a ress pewg or thorn 2 pewg with a potion on BL EXP works wonders.
