Which cave, people say only green, or any green, then others say only specific maps.. HELP ME YOOOODIDDLEDOOPYPOOPIES

Treshe and Cheeky can both be found at any Green Cave.
Some times, they appear in Team Modes aswell, but those are, obviously, not catchable.

Most Expert maps have a Green Cave.
I'll add a list of all their locations in my Guide ASAP.

Q) What are those caves in the Veteran/Expert maps?
A) Those caves contain a rare monster, sometimes even an Epic that only has a 1 – 2% catch rate!
The loction of all Caves, with their representive monsters are:

Green Caves :
Volcano Veteran-3 = Cheeky
Volcano Veteran-8 = Tresha or Cheeky
Volcano Veteran-10 = Cheeky
Stone Vault Veteran-2 = Tresha
Stone Vault Veteran-5 = Tresha
Jungle Expert-5 = Tresha
Miracle Sea Expert-4 = Tresha
Miracle Sea Expert-8 = Tresha
Miracle Sea Expert-10 = Tresha
Volcano Expert-2 = Cheeky
Volcano Expert-4 = Tresha or Cheeky

There aren't the caves in anyone of those level.

Are you sure you're playing Haypi Monsters, and not The Lost Tower?
