Breeding for Blizzard talent

I tried to breed fenrir around 24 times but can't not get Blizzard talent ,How many time you got Blizzard?

Over 40 times, got one on a B- Fenrir, not a single one on an S .

Over 50 breeds of Mino's now, still no Sandstorm either ._.'.

Lol im actualy Breeding my Cerb and i got a Heat Wave at A+
Im guess it ll Take ages Till i get Heat Wave at an Pure S Cerb...

I breed 50 times or more still no blizzard , the best i got on S fernir is speed boost...
Trying HeatWave for cerbe already 10 breeds at S but no heatwave yet ...
