Minotaur with Speed Boost Talent = +40% speed approx.
So Mino's 162 @S60, would be +40%.. Well a 10th of that would be 16.2, so 16.2 x 4 would be 64.8, so
64.8 +

Omigawsh, I just realized if that math is correct and that if sb increases +40%, Chimera is still faster than Mino

Speed Boost Mino outrune Chimera, I tested this in PvP.

Ur calculations were wrong mate it is 50% that's why cygy is faster than igni by .5

Minotaur as an approximate Speed of 162, with a marge of ±10, this would be 152 ~ 172.
As Squash said, the Speed Boost is more likely to boost the Speed by 1.5 than 1.5.
So it would be:

152 * 1.5 = 228 Speed, which would still be slower than a Chimera, no matter what, as it has 239 Speed, which is a difference of 11.

172 * 1.5 = 258 Speed, which would be significantly faster than Chimera's 239 Speed.

Taking the avarage of those two values, 228 and 258, the avarage would be ±243 on Speed Boost, which is 4 higher than Chimera.

If the ratio between Speed & attack turns is correct, your Minotaur would attack first 40% of the time with an avarage Speed.
