On the contrary, there is the rumor (and frankly, the last hope) that the invincible Blob of a ghost legend will be offered to the free-to-play community.

Anything that learns Cunning at 50 is pretty good.
Plus, maybe it learns PoD naturally?

Doubt it'll get PoD for free, would be waaay too OP.
I hope they're waiting a bit longer with the new Legendaries, giving people the chance to finish what they're doing right now.

Another full rotation would be 3 months, this would start a riot lol.
