Coins disappearing and support offers no help (like usual)

I was happily playing haypi monster when all of a sudden, I noticed I was missing about 50 coins and I didn't know why because I had not used any. Now I messaged support, requesting they refund my coins immediately, but all I got in return was a very inadequate reply with a date, saying I bought an orange egg which I did not.
1. I don't remember buying an egg (I don't suffer from any mental illnesses or drink alcohol. I also have not received any bumps on the head)
2. I have no monster that has been cracked from an orange egg.

I would hereby like to have my coins returned to me instantly as this has greatly angered me.

or your father secretly plays haypi monster and decided to crack an egg , also there is a possibility that aliens came and wanted to do something so evil ... everything's possible
