Average the last four weekly scores and you get your monthly score.

(W1 + W2 + W3 + W4) / 4.
eg :
(2016 + 2033 + 2091 + 2057) / 4 = 2049 Monthly Score.
However, this has been asked several times before.
You could've found it on your own with a little searching
