Water bombs on hippo

Why is that when I throw up rain my hippos water bombs doesn't get stronger. But when the sun is up it gets weaker? It makes no sense at all.

Yeah i figured this long time out..when i played 4 Flight team..
I think its maybe a bug..cause it shouldnt increase or decrease
any skills-stats.

That's what I was thinking if it decreases from sun it should increase in rain.

I pray they fix this bull crap.
It severely hinders play in Rain for Poi Leaves and Fire Blast and no boost.. If they dont give the boost there shouldnt be a decline.

It has been confirmed by Rex in the Bug Section that it is, in fact, not a bug. Weather systems are programmed this way.

Just to point out:

Rain Prayer:
Prays for a rainstorm. Benefits WATER AND ELECTRIC TYPE MONSTERS when they use their respective skills. Weakens ALL MONSTERS using PLANT AND FIRE TYPE SKILLS. Also extinguishes Burn effects.

If you can just read the description, it's stated clearly that it's not a bug.
Yep, It doesn't feels right, but haypi programme it that way.
