? vs Levi/Hydra

I wanted to know which Monster can OHKO hydra and levi
I thought my Rhor Pod Adrenaline could do that but i didnt have chance to try
it or is Rhor F3 Pod better than Adrenaline? And the fact be is faster than both
he gets first Hit.
But whats with Neon ? Slower than both but with Adapt and Pod stronger than Rhor.

Force 3 or M Force 3 Rhor is better than Adrenaline with Neon, if he has accelerator he's already better than Rhor in any way with the higher stats and such. But adapt works just like Force and M Force so it's not as much help >.>

Will outspeed Rhor in 1 turn even if they use pod the same turn so that'll end it right there

It's very unpredictable since haypi has that dumb +/- 10 rule for stats. If you're lucky, you can pod first turn while either your partner or Levi/hydra uses rain and then second turn go first and ohko them. However I've seen plenty of instances where Levi (not sure about hydra but he's even faster right?) goes before rhor. Especially if rhor comes into battle late, my pod Levi has ohko both rhor and neon in rain.

As for the neon/rhor question neon is much better for everything, rhor barely outspeeds anything anymore so he's pretty useless.
