Boss essence

So I'm at 9/10 for the day and I'm at 179 total be, I have two boss raids up atm through pals and I could easily take them out, but I would only get one be from it, so should I wait until day reset but that would mean I could only get to 199 after tomorrow's reset, and have to wait two days for gryphion?

Or

I could kill one boss and get 10/10 to get an even 180 for today and then get 200 After tomorrow's reset and only wait one day?

Try to go for gryph as quick as possible. Extra essence isn't really important after you get him.

Be nice to your pals and wait? Gryphion will be there for you eventually.

Do you already have the Neons and Rhors leveled?

If you want gryph as quick as possible beat the boss today to max out and only wait a day, much quicker than two days. If you'd rather have the extra essence for other items then wait and save them up. You're a big boy now kris, make your own decisions

I'd argue that Neon might be a better monster overall unless you team Gryphion up with a Taunt Pewg to cast rain. With Neon you can give it Aurora with its strong MATK to put the hurt on Earth monsters, they have weaker MDEF and no magic moves to take advantage of your lowered MDEF. This is especially true if you PoD the Neon.

I'd argue that Neon might be a better monster overall unless you team Gryphion up with a Taunt Pewg to cast rain. I know he wants it for use, Kris doesn't have any OEL so Gryph is next in line,
but even saying that, on he would pair it with Levi or in 2v2 hydra. Not many players are using the taunt foresight crap anymore on S2. there are still a few but not near as many as before
