How can i pvp ?

Srsly how should i be able to find a pvp match ?
The pvp is always empty and with the new rules i cant find anyone to play against or anyone to team up with ... its no way getting high score without abusing the pvp , is that what am i asked to do ? All i want is some fun and some points ...

I have no idea how to help with this my server has a lot of pvpers for dailies and such but there are times when there isn't anything

I do but pvp doesn't go to well in my favor since I don't have legends yet 4 more for levi!

You pretty much have fight pvp bots until 2000 points. After that, you stalk the pvp. In my server, there are a few instances were the it's full of activity. Everyone's trying to avoid higher players. You just have to surprise them.
