How do I change profile pic?

I want to change my profile pic so it's not all Baalbek and nothing but idk how too can anyone help?

Yes I know but I just don't understand how to obtain the link for it /x whatever I put in or whatever I resize it too it doesn't work

[EDIT] i had to make the extension jpg instead of png ;p thanks for the help
