Lightning Strike Or Electrical Storm

I have neon with lightning strike and i got electrical storm this morning from rush on canyon. Should i D/E or change LS for ES ?

Neon has exactly the same stats for ATT and MATT, so it really only falls under what you're trying to kill in dual battles.
Without going into full detail, it really doesn't matter for Neon, all Talents cover the still the same way. eg, Adaptability will cover both.

Thor with Adrenaline on the other hand would benefit more out of ES as the ATT gets boosted after a kill.
Whereas a Thor with MF III would benefit more out of LS because of the boost.

For Neon - your pick.

Keep the book just in case you need it. D/E if there is something more urgent that you need out of the shop.

If ATK and MATK are the same, its best to keep Lightning Strike, against most monsters MATK will do more damage than ATK. Only Psychic, Ice and Ghost are usually stronger in MDEF, everything else is usually has the same or strong DEF.

Agreed. If I'm not mistaken STS and thunderstorm are both physical, so you won't need a physical AOE move as long as you have them for the high mdef monsters.
