So is this skill good for any monster?
I was thinking about giving it to my s flight to combat POD monsters,
Thoughts?

it's a Magical move so better suits with monster that has high matk rather than Flight which has crappy matk

I have punishment on my M force 3 Rhor and it works wonders! It 1 hits pod scythes and kills psychics no problem!

It may be magical, but it works more like a supplement taking the stats of pod and putting them on yours.

Yes ghost and psychic moves are able to be put on most monsters such as POD. So I'm assuming its possible.

Yes all epics except psychics can learn ghost attacks!
