Pod buff difference between monsters?

So this has been Happening for weeks now
My cyg speed boost and winged boots Always outruns neons rhors fenrir etc

But when both side use pod cyg gets outrunned and never goes first.

Only thing i cant think of pod boosts cyg different.

Pod affects stats, not talents. So since they're all much faster than cyg their speed gets boosted much more.

And the talent boost the stats so there is a different stat given
I never said it boost talent


Still it doesnt make sense
Winged boots and speed boost are not a 1 round Talent or item
Their boost is active during whole battle
The additional speed points are there no matter
So cyg Starts the battle with a higher speed. And when both get Same buff from pod cyg still should be faster
Example : Basic speed 100 +10 from boots and speed boost idk lets say 20
A total of 130
Other Mob has 115 ( as u said faster than cyg)
Both use pod get a boost of idk 30 lets say
Cyg 160 and other Mob 145
= cyg should be faster

PoD doesn't boost the boost i think.
If your Cygness has 90 Speed and get's i don't know 30 from Speed Boost and 10 from the boots it will have 130 Speed but PoD just activates on your 90 Speed and gives you i don't know 50% plus. So you will have 135 + 30 + 10= 175

While a Neon has 130 Speed and get's 50 % it will have 195 Speed.

That's what i think is happening.

I Start the battle with different stat Set. Pod activates After the stats are Set so it should trigger on the actual given stats. This is rlly dumb

They refer to multiple using of pod.
I kno bcuz i tested molten Core and pod ok drac and i had all buffs.

Plus if i Switch cyg back in twice it, all of a sudden, outruns them, even cerberus. According to the pod Description it shouldnt be right? Wrong . Again pod Description fails here.
This all happens bcuz haypi lacks correct Information. Same with plain egg legendary, Same with 1.4 release and saying 'we halfed honour' but it was actually prestige.most talents and skills dont work properly. Still.

If you switch Cygness back again, Speed Boost activates again, raising its Speed even more.

Let me put it simple
Items and talents are there to create New stats right ?
So the mobs have a different Set of stats .
They should Show the given stats aquired from talents and items on the monsters boards( this has bothered me when i started way back and equipped the very first item)
But i think they Wont bcuz as always they avoid extra work.
