best Chimera with Rain build ?

I got Chimera Talent Rain by Spin Premium Runes 2times.

How skill should i get to him ?

Thunderstorm And STS is certainly.
and another two ?

I think Electric Storm , Wind blast , POD
What 2 of these 3 skills I should choose ?

Ps. my Gryphion (Rain) dont have POD bcoz if he pod for first turn maybe the rain disapppear by opponent and the power is decreased.

I think PoD and maybe Electrocute, Not sure if Haypi is going to fix it but I understand It's powerful. If not Electrocute maybe Aurora or Mind bending?

Electrocute has 70 attack, no side effects
Thunderstorm has 90 attack, no side effects
Electrocute outdamages Thunderstorm
