Waterspout final verdict?? good or bad?

I know this has been brought up before, I put waterspout on an alt account just to test it, and mess around. After a few pvp battles, IMO I think it kinda Sux. If your monster is faster than the opponent, you cant use it. When you can use it, if opponent does a sword dance or othe buff, you just wasted a turn to damage them. Then when it does hit back, it seems like you could have done a lot more damage with a regular skill.

maybe I am not seeing something about it, if you could explain something I missed please do so.

What's your thoughts and decision on this skill?? Not mirrors or shield skill, Just Waterspout, please.

It doesn't do a lot damage, not as effective as water bomb.
I gave it a try then replaced it

I'd imagine that it would be useful against an electric or grass since they'll do huge damage to a water monster and water wouldn't do much to them. Of course you have to survive the hit though. I can't think of much more use than that.

I just tried it some more, If you 2v2 or dual duel and use waterspout, You have to pick your attacker, If you are wrong and the other monster attacks you, then Spout doesn't do crap! You're better off using water jets or sewage!

I hope this skill, if they keep it as an adv skill, gets some reworking! Because from what I have seen it's a joke.
Now I could be wrong, and not seeing something about it, but it shouldn't be that complicated to use..

The only thing Waterspout could be good is if on Leviathan or maybe Hydra if they get attacked by an electric type such as Rhor and survives, then it coyly potentially OHKO the monster!

Still don't see it doing more damage back to an Electric monster than it took. But I do want to know if the returned damage is Water and thus suffers from elemental advantages/disadvantages.

Idk ill have to ask princedt on my server his Leviathan has it for some reason and hopefully not because then it's a worthless advanced skill like Cleansing Powder

If you think about it, the skill doesn't make any sense or benefit to use it. You are still taking damage, possibly major, and you're reflecting damage back to opponent. BUT, you are still using that skill as your turn. A turn that you could use a normal skill and do more damage.
If you could use the skill and it "buff" you for say 2-3 rounds, and reflect a % of damage back, then it might be ok. But having to use it everytime and the decent chance of it not doing a thing is high makes it useless in my eyes.

I get what you're saying it probably does suck an same with Magic Mirror which instead of 1 turn it's 2!
