Gift Glitch?

My friend sent me a gift, a Neon. I immediately checked my mail box but, it wasn't there. He said it could take a bit to arrive so, I waited. Later, I checked again, still not there. My friend didn't know what happened so, I gave up. I've had this question for a while, maybe the forum can help me. Thanks!

Look through your monsters

Is your friend level 15 or higher? if not, when he gets to 15 then you will get gift in mail.

EDIT: nevermind I had it backwards. The monster he gifted you will just appear in with your other monsters.

I looked through my monster list, nothing.
My friend is about level 30.

I'm level 13.

Here lies the problem. They raised gifting from 12 to 15. You'll get it in 2 more levels.

They did raise the level, however His friend can gift him the monster as soon as he starts the game. Now his level 30 friend won't get a skill book chest in return until he reaches level 15. If the lvl 30 friend did send a Neon, it should be in LightArceus's collection.

One thing Light could do is check his encyclopedia to see if an evolved Neon is tagged in it. If so he got the monster. If not then buddy is lying.. Which he may be buying time till he knows Light is at lvl 15. I won't send a monster to pals unless they are level 15.

Your bud is lying, make new friends, use 3exg! Ill send you a neon when you get level 12 no lies and I know they upped it to lvl 15, I just like sending them at lvl 12. Not against you guys just some other person in my server was being annoying about this .
