A lot of players add it to their signatures. When i had mine in my sig I made the text small

It's a bad idea anyway since no one I believe will open forums before they create their account , and read your topic , and even know whats a "pal code '

Players from HD or HK that decide to play HM would check forums out first. That and maybe someone makes an alt account. All I know is I got about 15 pals that I don't know, they got my code from somewhere. I took it off my signature because I couldnt breed my monsters and extras at that rate.

I don't think it's bad per say because it is a way for a person to find and join your server. I think as long as you don't go "HEY!! HEY!! USE MY PAL CODE!! JOIN ME!!" and spam other random stuff like that, it's all good.
