Ladder AI Ruins Meniss

I fairly consistently cast Shadow Storm over Punishment or even Shadow Swipe in the ladder. There is NO circumstance where casting Shadow Storm is a better idea than cast a higher power skill or a lower power skill with a chance to buff.

Do I have to remove Shadow Storm just to make my Meniss not suck? WTF is that all about.

They need to allow us to disable certain skills in ladder all together. Not remove but disable only in ladder.
