Chimera is much weaker in defense overall. Gryphion has a ton more magical defense and has a bit more health. The difference isnt nearly as catastrophic as you make it out to be.

I don't really see the problem, be glad this game doesn't ask money for things as training or Team Modes...

But that's just it. Griphion isn't Op because it gets one hit off and then gets one hit KOed. I doubt chimera can get on hit KOed, would have been better if they made him slow and tanky.

Look at it, it's mdef is barely above 100 at 45. That's very squishy, Gryphion however has better mdef than Pewgway.
