Several questions

I have a S grade hydra with underdog. Currently I have 134 monster and I can get my 135th monster anytime i want( just need to synthesize a trunky). But I am still far away from Leviathan's ingredients of 3 pewg and 2 cygness. All i need to do is level my pewgways and cygnesses to the appropriate level. The question is should I switch my underdog hydra for a levi?
if so what is a good build to stand up against those gryphions,rhor and neons?
or should I just skip building leviathan and prepare monsters to synthesize a setanic. I think by the time i get my setanic scroll I get the ingredients ready.

penetrate verte
ress martyr scythe
underdog rain hydra

I wouldn't skip Leviathan, not only can it be of great help in the later BL Expert levels, but it's also an extra monster for your Collection!
I would, however, not replace Hydra with Leviathan, since Underdog Power gives you such a huge boost.
Those Electric monsters you talked about could easily be wiped out by a Scythe, so just use that one.
I have no experiences with Vertedeath, but I could see how some other monsters, and thus, elemental advantages, would help you out!

I'm sorry, I don't have a Leviathan myself, and I don't know the Talents either.

I can try to set up a good Skillbuild though !
Depending on wether he has Rain as Talent, I'd go with:

Talent : ?
Item : ? Winged Boots
Skills : Rain Prayer (?), Water Bombs+6, Soak, Power of Darkness
If he has Rain as talent, I would replace the skill with either another Water Bombs, Tsunami or Water Torrent.

I say a fortitude 2 Leviathan and should have rain or pod since hydra already has one of the two or both otherwise do this:
Fortitude 2
Pod/rain
Water torrent
Tsunami(BL tm or pvp)
Water Bombs

It's only a suggestion as I'm not close enough for Levi yet but I'm sure it can give you a slight idea
