What the hell?! I want a refund!!

I am very upset with this game right now, after enjoying the game very much I decided I would invest and support the game and buy the VIP 3 option ($50 for 750 gold coins). I've never before made any purchases for any other game. Haypi Monsters was my first exception because I truly enjoyed this game, however...

I made a new account and everything sending my S grade Draco over to start fresh with many coins and good monsters.

I decided the best option was to crack 11 orange eggs to get a Hydra. And 33 blue eggs to get some other epics.

I have cracked blue eggs before and received many epic monsters.

But this time with 750...I received

1 Epic Monster
Flight - Grade E- (orange egg)

35 Rare Monsters (many many of them are repeated copies!!!)
1x Infernoe [Male] - Grade E-
2x Infernoe [Male] - Grade C
2x Hydroe [Male] - Grade C
1x Crabby [Female] - Grade C

Seriously what the hell?? I honestly couldn't believe my eyes this is absurd, i've been playing this game for quite some time and purchased VIP1 and cracked eggs before and they always brought a couple epics.

Why was everything in the orange egg so bad?? And Grade E-???
Why did the blue egg only give me rare monsters after cracking 33 of them!!!???

I want a refund or my coins restored this is unnacceptable.

I blew $100 in less time it took to finish a poop and didnt get Fenrir not to mention the extra ~200ish coins I sunk into trying it before.

Yeah, its kind of a raw deal, but no one to blame but ourselves. I doubt any refund or recompense will be forthcoming.

No one told you to buy eggs
You knew the little chance of getting legendarys from eggs
Some people cracked 60 eggs and didn't got a legendary. You are complaining because you cracked some eggs and didn't got the legendary
If i can get a legendary within 10 eggs i would do it.

You spend your money on eggs, you knew the consequences but you did bought them. So don't blame haypi for it

Do you all work for haypi??

I'm not upset about a legendary monster as much as i am upset about ....1 epic in 44 eggs. I've cracked those eggs several times and received epics about 1 in 4 and it would be something different if the rare monsters were you know of a wide variety...but no they are essentially a ton of copies of each other.

There's something very wrong with those odds if I end up with 5 copies of the same chimp/hypnoe/infernoe etc etc

We play for fair odds, that's not fair odds in my book.

But once again mind your own business I'm trying to contact the customer support, because it's their job to support their customers not yours. Stop trolling, if you can't say something positive go bicker amongs yourselves or someone else i'm not interested. I am here to request an issue be addressed.

Now to the Haypi team: Seriously this is upsetting, today was my birthday, I 'treated' myself to indulge a bit more on this game as a birthday present and purchase that $50 dollar coin package. Very excited to start playing and bam...very very unhappy with the result.

Yes cracking the eggs is a gamble, i've cracked those eggs before. Some times get 2 or 3 epics out of 11 eggs...seems reasonable. But This time i got 0 in 33...this is absurd. I feel like the game threw every single leftover rare monster at me, specially because so many of them were repeated 3 or 5 times if this system is truly random that should be extremely rare.

Why are the orange egg monsters all Grade E-?? Blue eggs are C grade... I really want a do over, I can spend my coins much better, if you please would address this 'chance to receive' a monster bug because I can only make sense of it as a bug to get 0 in 33 that would be great.

What is it about children and trolling on the internet?

Grow up already. Have you never ever seen an adult demand a refund before for X reason?

How often do you see everyone at said store, get up and start harrashing the person demanding the refund? Reasonable adults, mind their own business, that's why you don't see this happen.

Is it really that hard on the internet? I know for a fact online with 'annonimity' and all, it's difficult to expect civility from normally reasonable people. But damn this is a customer support issue, I'd think that unless you actually WORK for this company that you'd respect it. You can't be THAT bored...and if you are, go play Haypi Monsters.

Now please can we allow the nice Haypi customer service team to handle the matter without further trolling? I'd hate for the issue to be passed over on account of such pointless/fruitless posts.

Fact: Trolls are usually injecting an opinion.

Considering the lack of a 'Need Help' section on the forums, there was little choice on where to show my outrage that would ensure someone from customer service sees it.

Perhaps it's cuz im rather new to this, but I just don't see a customer support section around here. If you'd be kind enough to point me to it, that'd be appreciated and perhaps the most useful thing posted by non-haypi employees in this thread so far.

Also where do I send the email to?

I've read about Haypi's reputation in previous games as being terrible and people decrying it for a big lack on their behalf with customer relations. But as a business school graduate, let me inform the rest of you. That you do have a say, when you spend your money on something, you do have a voice, a right to be heard at the very least by their customer support. Businesses thrive on GOOD consumer relations, if you all just fork over your cash and chalk things up to 'oh it can't be helped they won't listen to me' then you are unfortunately being ignorant sheeps for whichever company you are supporting.

We support them when we buy things. They HAVE to support us when we have complaints as well, otherwise we don't buy no more things and that's bad for business.

Instead of trolling, try educating yourselves. Then you can hand out those 'opinions' with more weight to them. Believe me if the consumers are unhappy any company has to address this issue, pick up any business book this is a basic concept.

A Gambler doesn't complain about not winning the jackpot, it clearly states that its a random monster, you could get 33 funkis you never know because its random.

Now if you were an "adult" you would know off the top of your head that the best way to contact support would be directly through an intake feature or through the email that's provided, not to open what seems like a cry for attention. You just seem disappointed in that everyone didn't jump on the band wagon and go YEA SCREW HAYPI!!!

Every responce was logical and your refusing to accept it. Do your self a favour and save your self some embarresment and close the thread and contact haypi directly.

I Repeat you took a gamble it didn't pay off, that's not refundable.
