AI's "improvements"

*mini rant alert*

So this probably should go in bug report or suggestions but I'm not sure which so here goes, the AI on this game, despite several updates and maintenances saying its been improved, sucks. Big time. In ladder all that happens are battles of weather changes and talents aren't even taken into consideration. I mean I've lost 4 battles in 2 days (all the battles I've done in those two days in ladder) because my UNDERDOG CERBERUS uses c prayer the first turn against water monsters, then whack every turn after. Same for rock types come to think of it. These things have meteor, wild fire, pyroblast, fire bomb, fire blast all types of fire moves I worked hard farming volcano expert to get and instead they use WHACK?!? I'm not sure if I should post this in suggestions saying it should be fixed or in bug report cause of how stupid that is but I honestly hope support does still read this here and something is done, cause that's annoying. Another problem is when I use my branchy in ladder, he has 2 offensive moves vine whip and poison petals. I get that his attack is higher than matk but why in the name of all that is holy would you have it use vine whip against rock types with extreme defense and even flights which have good defense instead of a matk move? I mean the matk still does more damage and vine whip has like 30 attack points less anyway. Then there's in 2v2 where my 2 cerb or 1 cerb and my Draco will both use celestial prayer on the same turn. That's especially annoying.

Anyone who has had similar events in ladder? I refuse to believe this crap is only happening to me.

Last night AI switch monsters in Ladder i was really surprised , but i guess there is changes and no one tell us about . My leviathan was vs griphon and after he put rain AI swap with scythe ... :) not best move but still .

That sounds more like a bug than a stupid AI..... Still, interesting occurrence. Did the gryph ever come back out?

No no no u understand it wrong I am leviathan i cast rain vs griphon and then my leviathan swap with scythe . It was interesting that Griphon used pod instead of nuke my levi ... but that happened and before :)

Oh ok. It's still odd though and still sounds like a bug

Valence, Because that monster is out of attack moves?

In that case,it will be switched off

It only used one move though. It couldn't be out of moves that fast unless it didnt have any to begin with.

I've seen AI quirks like that. My Meniss cast Seduction on a same gender monster about 4 times in a row before switching out, and this was before it used any PP for its attack skills.

My draco attacked meniss with whirling flame (magic skill vs high mdef mob) while it had fire blast+3 available.

That must have been really annoying to see. I would have thrown my phone :lol:

Did it use only that move against the meniss or did it eventually use fire blast?
