Value of Orange Egg Legendaries

As most of you probably already know, I hate the idea of the orange eggs and I'll never spend a dime of my own money on something in a haypi game that's "luck" based. However, I'm approaching 490 coins from compensations and pvp rewards and seeing as the orange eggers are currently dominating the game, I've been debating which legendary I should go for. So, I've ranked the orange egg legends based on my opinion for not only myself but anyone else who decides to go for the orange eggs. Feel free to add your opinions as well as any corrections.

1. Cerberus

Cerb has very few weaknesses due to his speed and underdog power. There's also no viable alternative since Lava also costs coins and is much weaker. As I've complained about before, a team of heat wave and underdog cerbs is next to impossible to beat.

2. Fenrir

Fen also has very few weaknesses, with fire being its sole elemental weakness. Despite its underdog talent, I believe it will still lose to cerb because of cerb's speed. Like cerb though, there's no viable alternative in terms of ice legendaries.

3. Chimera

Although we haven't seen chim's stats yet, I believe he will be a good counter to cerb since he's most likely going to be faster and has no elemental advantage or disadvantage against cerb so he won't be affected by underdog power. However, a rain chim vs a heat wave cerb would most likely see cerb as the winner since he would come out last resulting in sunny weather. Also, there is a viable electric alternative in gryphion.

4. Minotaur

Potential counter to both chimera and cerb depending on stats and the effects of speed boost. However, like chimera, there is an alternative in setanic, even if he is much harder to get.

5. Behemoth

While there is not a free alternative for a grass legend, he has two weaknessess in fire and ice. Potentially his best talent, heat wave, can also be his biggest demise since fire monsters will also benefit. Would most likely be easily defeated by fire epics.

6. Hydra

Basically the same as behemoth, since his rain talent would benefit his weakness in electrics. Easily defeated by electric epics. Even worse than behemoth, though, is the fact that leviathan provides a free alternative for a water legend.

So there you have it, my opinion on the orange egg legendaries. Any feedback is welcomed and appreciated.

Re: Value of Orange Egg Legendaries

I think this line-up is pretty accurate.
Some people tend to like Fenrir with old Talents more than any other, but since you're going for the right now, that's out of the question.

It also depends on the server you're in, some servers have popular monster combo's such as Rhor + Pewgway, while others are spamming Flights or Vertedeaths.
Finally back on track and ready to help you guys :D!

Chimera is likely to be slow just by the looks but a heavy hitter like neon.

Re: Value of Orange Egg Legendaries

I was just assuming chimera would be the fastest since electrics are generally the fastest monsters. However, being slower than cerb may be even more beneficial since his rain talent would then be able to produce rain against a heat wave cerb.

Put fenrir in the one spot. A underdog fen can beat a cerb in on shot with pod and chill as long as no sun is up. It happened to me today, first move I used pyroblast and he used pod, he now went first and used chill, killed all for of my Cerberus without needing blizzard and without me ever attacking. Now heat wave and SFB probably would have helped a bit but seeing as most cerb have underdog and not heat wave that's not a problem. That's why I hate everyone saying cerb is so op cause he's really not, the talent is. Meanwhile fenrir can beat fire without underdog. That's just my input.

Re: Value of Orange Egg Legendaries

You can't compare a pod monster to non pod though. A fully equipped cerb will kill fen even with underdog. Fen and cerb are pretty much 1a and 1b but since cerb is faster and could most likely ohko cerb with sfb and definitely with heat wave, I put cerb first. Of course it's all up to personal opinion, this is just mine.
Edit: Cerb can also do the same, take out all 4 monsters without giving the opponent one attack, after he uses pod.

Re: Value of Orange Egg Legendaries

Cerberus is a killer, fast and high damage. He can kill other monsters before they can attack even water and rock so cerberus doesn't care about defense.

Cerberus would be the best choice but how long would it take to see him back in eggs? Maybe he doesn't come back in eggs anymore.
Behemoth looks strong to me but we don't know his stats yet. I think he has a lot of hp, damage and physical def. Something like brawny but everything 20/30 higher and hp 50 higher

You're comparing behemoth to brawny as if he's a rock monster. You know he's grass right?

Also, the eggs will most likely restart at fen after behemoth is done. Haypi will want to squeeze as much money out of this as possible.
