Tech 2

So how does it work EXACTLY?
Is it:
1. 30dm+ tech2,20dm= 50dm
45dm+tech2,5dm=50dm

2. 30dm+tech2,20dm=50dm
45dm+tech2,20dm=65dm


Which one is it exactly?

Anyone got the info?
I've checked all other threads and no real help.
Though I'm ranked one on my server I have never used a flight before as a long term monster:/

Not completely sure, but I think it's like if it only does 30% of the max dmg it adds like 50% more.
But, agn, I've never really paid attention.
