What a VIP4 can do with blessing is ability to fill it with coins. Anyone level 15 and up can sacrifice monsters to fill it otherwise.You need 100% blessing to be able to use it.

To fill blessing from 0 to 100% would cost you 100 gold coins! That's insane!
