Anyone know how this skill works? Is it like the talent invalidate after it's used? Or does it have to be used after and erases any prior stat changes?

Pretty sure it is used after and erases buffs. Works on PoD too.

Yes, it is used after the stats are altered and this skill removes those.

I suggested for this skill to be the 'weather' for physical, psychic and ghost types because it does sound like it can be a weather and its effect doesn't necessarily benefit any monster - it just balances everything.
