Any way to reverse this?

So I was buying crystal chests with honor and I was saving for an Cerberus egg at the time 45 gold:D
I accidentally bought a crystal chest and key with gold!
Now I'm down to 10 gold...
Anyway to undo this?

Only solution I see is giving a support ticket a go. Just tell them the same thing in the ticket and ask if they can help you out.

Sorry but I think you might be out of luck mate. I've heard of haypi helping with accidents like this but the fact that you opened it might be a deal breaker:(.

Support will not revert this. It clearly displays which type of currency you were going to use. Support reverts things done by the game itself, but not things that could have been prevented had the player been more attentive.

Well they used to, doubt they will now with the lock. But that's what I mean about opening it. It would be tricky to get it reversed even if you hadn't. But since you opened it haypi probably won't help. If they did players could exploit it by making "mistakes" and asking support to help and haypi would lose out. Not saying you're trying to hustle haypi, but other people would if haypi let it happen.
If you haven't used what you received from it you still may be able to ask. But you won't know if they will help you or not unless you give it a shot. Just file a ticket, the worst that can happen is that they say no^^

There was once a guy who deleted his mail by accident. Support said that since he was the one who pressed the button, they wouldn't give it back.

Sacrificed monsters are a different matter, they had a policy for that but it doesn't necessarily extend to accidentally buying items with the wrong currency.

And just send a ticket they'll respond in a day or two.
