Haypi Support Does Not Care About Your Problems

Is anyone else sick and tired of submitting tickets, errors, bugs only to receive their 5 worded, incorrect grammar and poor spelling replies? I know I am.

Haypi you need to hire better support. How are you going to send a reply to a customer when you can't even spell correctly or use punctuation such as capital letters? What are you guys 10? Highly unprofessional.

Stop releasing things you think this seemingly shrinking communties wants, and LISTEN TO WHAT WE ARE ASKING YOU TO FIX.

Stop the updates, stop the releases. Everytime you do, youre setting this game back because you're not fixing errors and problems players are reporting and just releasing new content over it, stacking up the errors and problems with this application.

Their English is ok,,but not very helpful indeed.

They seem to be trying, but often goes in circles.

It took a while to get things fixed

Does the Chinese servers have a lot more employee's assigned to them?

Lol. Can't blame them. They probably need people who are bilingual to work for them which is why English support may be lacking. However, I found support to be rather friendly towards me though only somewhat helpful - I don't blame them since most of the problems technical in nature.

New updates/content I find fixes some of the issues we have so I'm not against it. I just wish we had more official communication with them. It does seem like we are neglected kids from time to time.

I have successfully infiltrated their online chat group.

But seriously speaking, they have a chat tool called QQ, by Tencent.
not sure if you have heard of it.

They have an official chat group, you can directly reach the support from there.
From what i heard, they respond quite fast. I guess when you can actually talk with each other, problems are easier to be fixed.

Almost all of Asia uses QQ. Even Asian people here uses QQ :\

And I'm sure they probably only respond fast to requests written in Chinese not English

The language barrier/issue is not a valid reason and here is the reason why.

If its a bug here. It will also be a bug on the Chinese version/servers.
Their much larger Chinese player base would have already reports these bugs / errors in Chinese.

The Chinese players would most likely find the bugs and errors before us as they have more players and have many more people reporting these bugs.

So haypi support is aware of the bugs in Chinese communication.
If the bugs where fixed it would be a unilateral fix across all servers.

But its not so.......

Im not so sure about that... wasn't there a player who had complained of a bug that only existed when playing in French but not in English?

I'm talking more specifically about bugs like skills not working properly or raid bosses go missing or not getting coins.

I think the issue is the support is not tech group, and they probably don't play this game as well
They are just here to take questions, and will pass on to the corresponding departments.

And a lot info are lost in this process,to make things worse,

Translate English to Chinese, Pass on to others, got an answer in Chinese,
Then translate back to English,,,
